Drop ship charges $7 per package.

*For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, etc., the freight percentages and free freight extend only to the US Mainland border. Canadian orders will be charged a $30.00 processing fee.

The above freight charges are to your dock or curbside. Inside deliveries may incur an additional surcharge. Business that operate from residential or non-commercial addresses may incur additional fees that the freight carriers charge Kinsman Company.

We ship by the lowest cost method - truck freight or FedEx Ground. We get excellent discounts from major trucking lines which are reflected in our freight formula. Please inform us at the time of placing your order if you wish us to avoid using a certain shipping company.

Freight charges are invoiced only on products that have shipped. The above percentages are applied to backorders and invoiced when shipped.

Backorders - All items not shipped with the original order will be placed on backorder or cancelled at our discretion. Any credits from prepayment will be applied towards backorders. For credit card orders, backorders will not be charged until shipped. If you do not wish to have any backorders, please tell us on your original order.

Case Quantities - For some items, cases are the lowest number we can economically supply at Wholesale prices. These cases are prepackaged so we can ship them more quickly. Therefore, smaller quantities are only available from us at the Retail prices.

Lead Times - We try to ship Wholesale orders immediately. During our busiest season, lead times increase. You can be certain of getting the items you want, when you want them, by ordering well in advance. Make the most of our "Early Order" deals.

Return Policy - No returns will be accepted without getting a return authorization number from our customer service department. This RA number must be written on the packages so they can be identified when they get back. All shortages or damages must be reported to the delivery company and Kinsman Company within 24 hours of delivery. If there are any damages, please hold on to the original carton. Failure to do as above may result in a lost credit. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warehouse Pickups - If you would like to pick up in Pipersville, please indicate this on your order and contact your Sales Representative to make arrangements. We require 24 hours notice to process.
